2007 version of the New York State Energy Conservation Construction Code
(ECCCNYS 2007) was formally adopted on January 1, 2008. All projects
permitted after this date will require compliance with the ECCCNYS 2007.

created online training websites for use with their REScheck * Please note, the ECCCNYS 2007 must be used as a reference for the REScheck software, as opposed to the 2003 IECC.
