IN-SERVICE COURSES

The courses in the following listings are approved by the State Fire Administrator for Code Enforcement In-service Training credits. Twenty-four hours of approved In-service Training is required annually to maintain New York State Code Enforcement Official Certification. Duplicate credit will not be awarded for attendance at the same course more than once.

The New York State Department of State, Division of Code Enforcement and Administration is an approved sponsor of Continuing Education for Design Professionals (architects and engineers). These programs are supported by the Educational Services Unit and MAY qualify for continuing education credits for design professionals.
