In order to take either a real estate salesperson or broker examination at the Albany, Franklin Square, Hauppauge, New York City or Newburgh exam centers, you are REQUIRED to schedule an online appointment. Walk-in exams at these locations are not allowed.
If this is your first time scheduling an examination, you must register before you can schedule an examination appointment. Once registered, you will be able to:
• Select your exam (broker or salesperson)
• Select an exam center
• Select an exam date and time
• Confirm an appointment immediately
• Review, reschedule and cancel appointments
