Administrative Law Judge opinions are subject to appeal within 30 days of rendering, whereupon final decision-making authority is vested in the Secretary of State. Therefore, the opinions within this catalogue may have been appealed and overturned by subsequent Administrative Appeals issued by the Secretary of State.
